When McDonald's commenced the roll out of modular Drive-Thru buildings they needed fast, reliable and repeatable construction and quality standards which at its peak produced 100 stores per year.

As part of the design team, Caswell Engineering worked closely with the client, modular building Manufacturers and architects providing heating and ventilation schemes to suit the various building styles. Caswell's manufactured and installed ductwork systems to dovetail in the intensive building programmes where fully fitted modular buildings were transported from two East Yorkshire manufacturing facilities in sections and reassembled on site.

As with any major construction project, working to tight deadlines and quality standards involves detailed project planning both in ductwork design and manufacture. Every project has a design team assigned headed by the project manager who oversees the operation from CAD design to final handover.
