When you have approved the initial designs created by our engineers, these will be translated into working drawings for fabrication - and for this process, we use Autocad and CAD CAM systems which are computer-linked to our direct factory. Manufacture We fabricate all types of sheet metal ductwork as part of our design, build and installation service - or we can simply undertake stand-alone fabrication projects carried out in accordance with your instructions. The manufacturing process is closely supervised to provide the highest product quality. The finished products we manufacture include: Sheetmetal ductwork manufactured to HVCA ductwork specifications. Sheetmetal ductwork fully welded construction for use in the catering, pharmaceutical and process industries etc. General sheetwork fabrication - mild steel up to 6mm thick. Stainless up to 3mm thick. Profile cutting - plasma and laser Providing Ancillary Ventilation Equipment Our sister company Konvekta Ltd, leads the field in the manufacture of air control equipment providing access to premium quality louvres, dampers, grilles and diffusers. On-site Installation We have in-house teams of fully equipped and trained ductwork erectors who are available to undertake installation works at any location throughout the UK and Eire.
