On 22nd April 2023 we reached the milestone of the 40^th Anniversary of Caswell’s relationship with McDonald’s Restaurants.

Since our first connection on their Southport restaurant in 1983, we have supplied HVAC Products and Services on c.1300 newbuild and refurbishment projects.

There have been many landmarks along the way, including one of the World’s largest McDonald’s at the time - the 500-seater at the Millennium Dome – and, more recently, the Net Zero Carbon restaurants at Market Drayton (a UK first) and Louth.  

Thanks to all our staff over the decades who have given their expertise and effort to realise this fantastic achievement. We also appreciate all the kind acknowledgements from both McDonald’s and Algeco for our role in delivering these builds.

Long may it continue...reaching the ‘Golden’ Anniversary would be most apt.
