Caswell has completed a full supply and install contract for a commercial, multi-kitchen hub in Tradeston, Glasgow, as part of the Deliveroo ‘Editions’ rollout.

With over 50-years’ experience in the Restaurant Ventilation sector, it was no surprise that Caswell were entrusted to manufacture and install everything needed for this exciting concept.

Regenerating what was a vacant building, the premises were fully refurbished and divided into nine bespoke, fully-equipped, state-of-the-art commercial kitchens.

They will be licensed and occupied by new and established, delivery-only restaurant partners and create over 60 local catering jobs in the process.

The installation of supply and extract ventilation, kitchen canopies, filter housings and more was expertly project-managed. The incorporation of additional odour control and attenuation measures was a key consideration in order to minimize the impact on neighbouring businesses.
